A high-quality rat cage made from welded wire and plated to prevent rust. This is a very effective trap of proven design, with a number of added features not seen on other cage traps.
With a true "multi-catch" feature, this trap includes a small rear gate that will attract more rats into the cage, once the main trap has “tripped” and trapped the first rat. The rat trap is re-usable, poison free and humane as rats can be released alive or disposed of.
The rat trap also comes with carry handle and locking device to ensure the rat cannot escape. Child and pet safe.

This is a brilliant product. It is the second I have purchased, as it's so effective. Baited with peanut butter smeared on a bit of apple, it captures a rat most nights, as they're everywhere and in numbers because of the mast year. There is no poison involved, so no risk for curious pets and children, or the environment generally. Someone in the family needs to have the stomach for immersing the cage in a tub of water to drown the rat, but this is a swift and humane way of killing them, as opposed to the agony of poison.
