These baby shoots are miniature powerhouses, with 40 times the amount of vitamins and minerals than their fully grown counterparts. With the MicroFarm, you need three things - seeds, water and a sheet of paper towel, and in seven days you will be harvesting your microgreens, a weekly harvest of vitamins on your bench - it doesn't get much simpler than that. The free harvesting Mother.Life App contains a database of microgreens, tips and tricks, videos and information, some seriously delicious recipes, and a chat function incase you cant find what you need.
