The Okatsune 209 are balanced Ikebana scissors designed according to the Ikenobo style within the Japanese flower arranging. The blade designs offer accurate tailored work and the wide blades are strong to cut through thick branches. The 209 features a notch at the bottom of the blade to allow for cutting through wires.
