The authentic, iconic Red Band gumboot by Skellerup has been a favourite in Kiwi households since 1958.
The Red Band is a tried and tested calf-length women's gumboot with a cleated sole and a built-in foam rubber cushioned innersole. Featuring the same design features and benefits as the men's boot, the women's Red Band is made for more slender feet.
Red Band boots are built for the farm, backyard and anywhere you need a high-quality reliable boot that will work as hard as you do.
Skellerup gumboots are shaped to match the typically wider Kiwi foot. To ensure a good fit it's best to measure the length of your foot and match to a size on the shoe size chart.
Skellerup has been supplying Kiwis with high-quality, genuine, handcrafted footwear for over 70 years and has set about creating a standard for waterproof boots, not just here but around the world. Every Skellerup men's gumboot is assembled by hand, incorporating on average 30 components and four rubber formulations before the finished product is vulcanised using heat and pressure.

Excellent quality They are great. After having a broken ankle last year I feel confident going back into the paddock wearing these gumboots . They are strong durable comfortable and protect your feet well. They could be a little wider at the top but I am very happy with them Highest quality. Extreme comfort. Easy on/off. Look great with jeans or leggings. Perfect for when it's just too wet out for Blunnies. Half the price and better quality than Hunters. Fit true to size. Follow the Skellerup size guide for foot measurement in mm. My foot measured 260mm so I ordered the size 8 which according to the chart fits 263mm. They are just perfect with a thick pair of boot socks. I have had them on every day since they arrived...feeding the chickens, walking the dogs and wearing them into town! It's "monsoon" season here now on Vancouver Island. I just wish they were available here in Canada, then everyone's feet would be as happy as mine!
